How do you figure a discussion of the desirability of enhancing Red Hat
Linux to be able to run Microsoft Office applications fails to meet this
description?
It's a topic. We're discussing it. It's related to Red Hat Linux.
Unless you want to try to make a case that "general" doesn't cover it,
you've got nothing.
