Thanks, I'll investigate rdist (and rsync) when I get more time.

I didn't know that an NT share could be mounted under Linux in a way that
would perform cr/lf processing automatically.  That's useful to know.

I forgot to mention the most important requirement for any proposed solution:
It has to allow me to continue to make a very good living in the community
of my choice (a small town in South Dakota). :)
