Yes they do (second edition 1998 ISBN 0-13-490012-X), and its even
better. 
(eg Threads are now fully covered, and Linux is acknowledged!).
(whats more its actually cheaper than the first edition, at least in the
UK:))).

I'd also recommend "Advanced Programming in the UNIX Environment"
(ISBN 0-201-56317-7, same author and publisher) for a more general
treatment
of UNIX system programming. Its a tad older (1993) but IMHO still
indispensible.
