I've installed Communicator 4.05, but when I try to start it up, I get: /usr/lib/netscape/netscape-communicator: error in loading shared libraries /usr/X11R6/lib/libXp.so.6: undefined symbol: _Xglobal_lock Now, that shared library is part of XFree86-libs, and I've just recently upgraded to the 3.3.2-3 XFree86 RPMs. I even tried the (20MB, gulp!) Communicator "src" RPM, did a --rebuild, same deal with libXp.so. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a problem with the new XFree86 libraries, or is it Communicator's fault? I'm tending towards the former, since many are indicating that they've had no problems running 4.05. Help! -- A tantot. http://www.gaudrault.net/ quality costs *less*
