Having a [EMAIL PROTECTED] of atime with my RHN icon. I have setup several new RH8 system recently. Each time I have to go out and pull dow the new up2date rpm with the new certificate. straight forward so far.....
I try the instructions - they fail with error that I need an earlier version of up2date for them to work from. I can't find the earlier versions anywhere so I just uninstall up2date ( and the gnome version as well) and do a fresh install. Up2date works fine now but I've lost the alert icon. Right now I'll settle for what it takes to re-install that icon. Eventually, I would like to find out how to prevent it in the first place.
