So let me see if I understand this.

The dependency called libDCOP.so.4

is part of the package called

kdelibs-3.1.4-3.src.rpm

And to just get that one dependency I have to download the package

kdelibs-3.1.4-3.src.rpm

And extract this one file from that package?

This can take some time if there are many dependencies.
