You appear to have hit reply to some other message, erased the body, changed the subject, and built a new message. What this does is to bury your message down inside the thread of another topic for those who use threading email readers. I suspect that the majority of readers are using such readers and if you chose a particularly uninteresting thread to "hijack" this way it's very possible that few will actually ever see your question.
