I have been using RH 9.0 with Apache 2.x. Worx without any issue. However I compiled my own apache build, with the module that I needed.
and i have all the services that you listed. no issues with RH 9.0 If you want to spend money and get support go for RH 2.1 ES. I have been running that for a while, with no issues at all.
