Actually, the way I read it, we will still be able to get the download of the full 
package.  There will still be a full 
"rawhide -> beta -> release" cycle.  You will be able to download the final version of 
Fedora Core without having to 
worry about using a test version.  It will be stable.  The updates will also be 
provided in a timely manner, or else the 
package that can't be updated in a timely manner will be dropped from the distribution.

I am still not cleas as to the future update policy.  I do know one of two things.  
Either updates will be done through 
RHN/up2date for $60/year as always, or they will be done through apt-get or yum for 
nothing.  The future really isn't 
clear on which method they will use for updates of Fedora at this point.
