I have such an RPM. SRPM at: ftp://public.simkin.ca/apt-root/7.3/SRPMS.simkin/php-4.3.3-1.rh73.src.rpm I'd recommend rebuilding from this source RPM as my actual RPM's are linked against newer versions of PostgreSQL, etc. and use extensive optimization flags that you may not want. This SRPM has XSLT support. You will need to get the sablotron and js RPM's from the same repository to build using those flags.
