Think about a blend of lists - address known spamhausen, open relays, and open proxies.

Consider giving an informative bounce message - the only ones who read the bounce are going to be "false positives" and they'll need one good first clue. And they're going to be ticked at YOU, not the DNSBL folks. We use this:

FEATURE(`dnsbl', `opm.blitzed.org', `"Mail from open proxy refused (blitzed): see http://www.sinauer.com/contact/email.php?id="; $&{client_addr}')dnl

...and if you go to that page, it explains why we bounced you and which lists to check to get yourself cleared.
