I have a simple test css page that includes a single image. When I open the html file using "file->open" the page displays correctly. If I open by "http://localhost"; there is a brief flash of a blank square image box of the correct height but no image.
To rule out a path problem, I have moved the image into the root [html] RootDirectory without any change.
Ideas? What am I missing?
