Ok, what would 'the lowest sync rate' be?

This is what mine currently looks like (just the relevant bit ;-)

Section "Monitor"
        Identifier "Monitor0"
        VendorName "Monitor Vendor"
ModelName "CTX VL510 series, PL5 series"
        DisplaySize 280 210
        HorizSync 30.0 - 55.0
        VertRefresh 50.0 - 110.0
        Option "dpms"
EndSection

Section "Device"
        Identifier "Videocard0"
        Driver "savage"
        VendorName "Videocard vendor"
        BoardName "S3 ProSavage KM133"
EndSection

Section "Screen"
        Identifier "Screen0"
        Device "Videocard0"
        Monitor "Monitor0"
        DefaultDepth 16
        SubSection "Display"
                Depth 16
                Modes "800x600" "640x480"
        EndSubSection
EndSection

Many thanks!
