When did anyone claim it was? The claim was that Linux was better than
MS (and not by me, who cares not and would not touch MS with a barge
pole).

Not being a psychologist, nor knowing these people, no, I can't. But I
can't see how that is relevant to a comparison of MS vs Linux, in any
case.
