There are many anti-virus packages for linux.

Take a look at http://www.f-prot.com/products/corporate_users/unix/

or pretty much any large anti-virus vendor (except Symantec IIRC).

The software can be run manually to scan any Samba shares you have on
the system and remove the virus.

Note: A good Anti-Virus plan is a MUST for any network. All points of
entry must be protected by anti-virus software. All File Servers, Email
Servers, Desktops/Workstations, Laptops, etc should always run
Anti-Virus software and be updated regularly (one/twice a week). Plans
should also be in place to push out 'emergency' updates if necessary.
