 I assume you updated /etc/fstab, and installed your boot loader on the new 
partitions. The rest is a matter of telling your BIOS to boot from the 
drive you want it to boot from. You might also need disk= and bios= options 
in /etc/lilo.conf (not sure how this works for grub) to point the boot 
loader to the correct partition.
