Carefull!!!! Samba, as a unix/linux implementation of the Microsoft SMB protocol, uses the same ports as Microsoft Windows file/printer sharing. Disabling firewall blocking of these ports would leave any windows clients on your network vulnerable to a plethora of nasty programs on the 'net.
