Oh,yes,it can.

I tell you how to install it.
For example,we want to install Win98,Win2000,WinXP,RedHat Linux 8.0,and
 RedHat Linux 9.0.

Fist of all,let's divide disk into 5 partitions for our installing.

Ok,we can begining our systems install now.(Our installing must in this 
train:1.Win98,2.Win2000,3.WinXP,and other system,you must install MS windows
 system fist).

When you install linux or other systems(like BSD),you should install linux
 bootloader on current partition.

After systems installing,install XOSL on an MS windows partition,let XOSL as
our default bootloader(It well write into MBR).After you reboot ,you well see
XOSL's windows UI,add all systems into XOSL,let it to boot load them up all.
