NIC comes up with reboot, but something wrong

Possible the nic isnt starting in boot.
The service to start it is "network". First of all see if this service
exist /etc/init.d/network. should exist...
Then type chkconfig --list and see if the service "network" is being
started in your init 3,6,...

if no start it in setup >system services
