Me too!  You have to remember that a mailing list is not there only to
help the orig poster but someone (me?) who might be looking in the
archives for a solution 6 months from now.  I try to always keep in mind
what a thread will look like if I am looking for a solution in the
future and while top posting sucks, a combination of top and bottom
posting leaves the thread all but unusable.

I personally like knowing that when I try to help someone the time I
spend may help more than one person.  From a strictly conversational
point of view as long as there are not multiple question/answers going
on top posting is indeed quicker IMNSHO.
