Are any of the local facilities (local0 through local7) reserved other
than what is indicated in syslog.conf?

I decided to create a separate router log and a separate log for my
second instance of Postfix. After making the necessary changes in the
router and the postfix configuration I set these to local5 and local6
creating router.log and filter.log respectively.

The log files are fine but, all of a sudden if I invoke kedit from a
command line I get "Cannot connect to non-local host main.TQMcube.com
Session management error: Could not open network socket"

Everything (including the session of kedit) works fine but:

1. Could this error be related to the reconfigured logs?
2. main.TQMcube.com is a local host. Any ideas what this means? (our mx
record points to mail.tqmcube.com).

Any ideas?
