Broken record time. You need Sudo - a utility to allow restricted root
access

It's dead simple to set up although the config file is a bit of a puzzler,
at least if you go by the documentation in the package. Otherwise, there is
a sample config file on the above web site (somewhere) that is complete, and
straightforward to understand.
