It's still not there (as of perhaps two or so hours ago PDT) on ftp.kde.
org. All I saw were some source RPMs, but they were incomplete, and no
libc6 binary rpms. There were a bunch of lsm's though; my guess is those
are placeholders.
I've grabbed down the source and I'm compiling it now. I've had some
trouble with binary RPMs from the beta3 days though.
