I don't understand why you feel it's necessary to spam the entire list everytime a virus is posted. First, it's not from the address you list since Sobig.F fakes this. Second, those on this list already running virus scanners already know about the virus. Third, those on the list who are dumb enough not to run virus scanners AND are using Win systems have already infected their box.
