So I did a rpm -ql cups and looked through the listing and there was lpr. So I looked at the lpr file and it pointed to /etc/alternatives/print which pointed to /usr/bin/lpr.cups to which I did a man lpr.cups which gave me the command I was looking for: lpr -P <printer> Put that into galeon print and it printed to the proper printer. I tested all the printers so it wasn't a fluke.
