Power Management

I would like to get the power management features working on my Dell Inspiron 5000e. The only things that seem to work right now are, the LCD turns off after a specified time (defined in Xscreensaver), and I can Suspend-to-RAM.

I would like to be able to Suspend-to-Disk (I have created a partition for this), have the system suspend to RAM (or disk) after a specified period of inactivity and at a certain battery level. Is this possible?
