I have created a directory that is shared using 'owner.group' access on a directory. rwilliams.mygroup is set on database directory. Since Redhat uses rwilliams.rwilliams for the user/group as default, it is causing me some trouble. When a user creates a file under /databases, they are the only one that can change or delete the file. I tried chmod g+s on /database, but that does not work.

Any ideas?
