Blacklists like www.spamhaus.org will use the sending mail server and if it's a known spam source, it will not get through. FEATURE(`dnsbl',`sbl.spamhaus.org',`Rejected(http://spamhaus.org/)')dnl or you can build your own blacklist but that's purely reactive and isn't suited really to my taste but may be to yours.
