Well, although I didn't post it, here's my previous terminal screen:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] logs]# mount /mnt/dev/hda5 -o remount,dmask=0,rw
[EMAIL PROTECTED] logs]# exit
exit
[EMAIL PROTECTED] logs]$ cd ..
[EMAIL PROTECTED] heinloft]$ cd hda5_h/Filmes/
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Filmes]$ vi alo

here - I tried to save this file :w in vi and got operation not allowed.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] Filmes]$ cd /etc
[EMAIL PROTECTED] etc]$ vi mstab

 I _tried_ before I checked with ls :)
