I normally like to add more information and help out more because that is how I learned a lot.
I just wanted to apologize for adding more info to the question.
From what I recall, you need to have a updated version of openssl. I cant recall the exact version, but if memory servers, the version from RH was out of date and I needed to find a package elsewhere.

Select all of the "Fields to Search" and put the libraries, it will tell you to what package they belong.
