Here's some output i am getting when booting up the system...

...and this error i am getting when try to open volume control

Unable to open audio device '/dev/mixer'.
Please check that you have permissions to open '/dev/mixer'
and that you have sound support in your kernel.

i am pretty much new to linux but it look like i'm having problem with
irq's (not sure!). can somebody help, please. just let me know if you
need more info. thanks a lot...
