I cannot seem to supress the printing of headers. I have used :sh:\ in
my printcap file but it still prints them. My printcap file reads :-

# /etc/printcap

##PRINTTOOL3## REMOTE ljet4 600x600 a4 {} LaserJet4 Default {}
lp:\
        :sh:\
        :sd=/var/spool/lpd/lp:\
        :mx#0:\
        :rm=myprintername.foo.org:\
        :rp=lp:\
        :if=/var/spool/lpd/lp/filter:

BTW lpd has been restarted. Any ideas?

Thanks

Claire
