It didn't look like that:

With just one underscore in front of "db*" it won't work.
Apart from that it's "rm", not "Rm".

Here it's "rpm", not "Rpm". And without option -vv, you wouldn't
see whether it still does anything or hangs.

Provided that you have the stale lock files removed correctly and
have killed/terminated all rpm processes and package tools, above
command should give lots of output while it's running and should not
sit there without any output.
