David,
  Is your RHN account a Basic or Demo.  I ran accross this with the Demo

accounts the RH lets you setup for free.  I also had to re-install
several 
times.  I finally just coughed up the $60.00 and got a basic account.  

It can be worked arround.  It just gets to be more of a hassle each
iteration.

Yes, logon to RHN and go to systems and disable the system you do not
want.  Unfortunately you will have to do this every time you reinstall,
or upgrade.  You do this by updating your profile I believe.
