Be careful with hotmail.  They have brought in a lot of much needed anti
spam measures that may be causing you problems.  For instance, hot mail
will not accept mail coming from outside their system with a hotmail
return address.  My daughter wanted to send mail using my mailserver with
her hotmail return address.  hotmail accepted the message but it was never
delivered.

I suspect I could get around this by authenticating with hotmail but it
isn't worth the effort.
