Actually - no we just set up a brand new Symantec connection that is
causing all of this problem. I have been on this list for a long time
and never had a problem before the WONDERFUL NEW EXCHANGE AND SYMANTEC
applications.

Refused connections have nothing to do with being a spammer.  They have
a poorly configured mail system (currently), but by the looks of their
home page, they're a legitimate commercial company.  Perhaps you should
check your facts before throwing out baseless accusations.  Either
checking their home page or a quick google search would have proved you
wrong.
