Hi John,
qpopper is a Qualcomm pop server (same people that make Eudora). You can
find it at ftp.qualcomm.com in the /Eudora/servers/unix/popper directory.
It's not an rpm (I'm not sure they have one available) but just grab the
latest non-beta, build it and install. There's an INSTALL file included in
the package that should explain the install process.
