I haven't done a _migration_, but all my W2K users are authenticated off of a Linux PDC. In addition (I found out about this _after_ I did my setup), there is a nifty program out there for Windows called pGina that will modify how Windows does it's authentication (you can do LDAP authentication, NIS, etc.)
