Good evening to you all (*if that's the case of course*)

We'll be installing a network of computers at school and our purpose
is to link several machines running Win95 to a main server running,
of course, Linux.

It will be a very small network (about 6 pentiums, 3 486, no internet
access)
All I wanted was just to install Samba and so share some pieces
of the server and store there Office97, etc. It was planned also
to prepare a sort of Web site in which proffesors and students could
start learning about the Internet, the way it moves, etc. To this
effect Apache is to be installed too. And some sort of internal
mailing system would be appreciated. (notice that these are people
who just use the computer to type texts, and sometimes music, so Telneting
to
the Linux box is quite Odd for them) I was thinking about POP3 and them
using
Outlook, Eudora or whatever.

If there's someone out there with ideas of possible configuration settings
for the server, programs to be used, that would be great!
