It was not set to all.

I have set it to
inet_interfaces = all

and restarted postfix.....same problem.

OK, well the indications are that it's only listening on the
localhost interface.  This part appears correct.  In main.cf,
there is a place to tell it where to listen (hold on I'll go
check mine) it's called inet_interfaces.  What is yours set to?

It should be "all"
