Way off, those commands will build and install the complied apache program
and modules.
There is another step to building the rpms

So this means I have to execute the commands in following order:
# ./configure
# make
# checkinstall -R
# make install
The above steps would create RPM file. Also, this means that "make install" 
would actually NOT install apache but rather create a RPM filw which I can 
use by RPM...correct me if I am wrong.
