It's looks like HP is offering linux:

In my latest Linux Journal mag:

www.monarchcomputer.com (1-800-611-0875)
www.emperorlinux.com sells preloaded laptops

Walmart and The Brick (Canada Only) sell preloaded linux systems; however,
you can't get Redhat on them from the factory.

Subject: pc vendors offering linux on desktop

Hello,

What, if any, vendors out there offer Red Hat as the OS on their desktop
pcs? I know it's offered on the server level, but I haven't found one that
offers it on the desktop. Then again I haven't looked at every pc in the big
name vendor websites, just a few models.

Anyone know?

Thanks,
Chris.
