 It would help if you told us something about how your system acquires it's 
system time. Do you use ntp? Does your system keep setting its time from the 
hardware clock etc.?

 This is not TTL (packet time to live) but ping time.

 Instead of sending us your full dmesg it would help if you send just relevant 
snippets. We probably don't need to know your disk layout at this stage...
