We are testing sgi_fam in our RedHat 8.0 installation for our own uses, and are using the monitor.cc program as a starting point.
We have registered a directory to monitor, but the only events that return a full path are the directory registration begin and end events. All file creations, deletions, changes, as well as directory creations and deletions only return the final directory name (or file name if creating a file, etc.). The documentation indicates that a full path name will be returned for each event. Thanks, Dennis
