We get about 4,500 emails per week for and see five or six spams. We use NO RBLs nor additional software.
I thought I would share our Postfix setup. YMMV. Since none of our staff are tech-types, our approach is process oriented. ftp://ftp.tqmcube.com/pub/postfix/postfix_spam_kit.tar This is pretty aggressive filtering. We've whittled down the false positives to nearly nothing and they are 100% limited to mailing lists.
