It's more than just "apparently".  Unless Red Hat is the package
maintainer, by definition they won't release it first.  Red Hat does a
lot of things with a package before they release it.  Testing is the
obvious big one.

Those disclaimers and warnings are there for a *very* good reason.  Some
packages released to RawHide will fail to install.  Another may corrupt
your installation.  Most will not give you a supported upgrade path -
upgrade to or from RawHide to any other version is simply not supported.

Nope.  They're bleeding edge.  Why do think the warning is there?

RawHide packages are for those who know what they're doing.  If you
don't, or don't have the local support mechanisms to extract yourself
from whatever mess you get yourself into, don't go with RawHide.
