If you're after web traffic, look at the web log analysis packages... If you're after capturing all traffic caused by that user, I haven't found a good solution.You are very wrong. MRTG does not offer a web interface with passwords for each user to see his trafic and it does not cound TOTAL MB transfered by that user in a given period of time.
