This is a directory of several BlackLists out there. MAPS RBL is one of the more popular ones, but I think you need to subscribe ($) to it. Where are you trying to block the spam? A good solution is MailScanner - http://www.mailscanner.info and SpamAssassin - http://spamassassin.org/. I use them on my server, and it catches most spam. You can configure it to just deliver it with a {Spam?} string tagged on the beginning of the Subject, or all the way to deleting it on the spot. MailScanner works with SpamAssassin, but it's primary ability is Virus Scanning.
