Are you receiving any errors when mrtg runs or does it appear to work correctly it's just that no graphical files are created? Is it possible you don't the gd library installed? OR is the problem that it's creating the graphics but there's just no data showing up on them. That is, it's just a continuos flat line. You've been pretty vague (so far as I've seen the thread) so it makes it difficult to determine what's happening.
