I don't know which one you're using.

I'm using www.no-ip.com.  I have a couple of free hosts on their domain,
work great.  I *also* have a personal domain, which I've purchased, and they
host the dns for me for $20/year.  I normally don't like to pay for stuff,
if I can get it for free (smile) but in this case it was well worth it.
Trying to host your own dns for a dynamic IP range is just begging for
nightmares.
